What insurance do I need?

On-set hazards

From heavy equipment, to electrical wiring and discarded props, film and TV sets contain no end of potential hazards. And if members of the public are involved, the risk is even greater. In the unfortunate event that your business causes injury or property damage to a member of the public, public liability insurance will cover the legal and compensation expenses.

Protecting IP

Even with all the right clearance procedures, copyright and trademarks can sometimes slip through the net. Using images, music or other IP without permission can result in hefty legal fees and compensation costs. So, to avoid an unexpected bill, our IP cover will protect you from copyright infringement claims from others, as well as infringement of your own.

Cyber security

Cyber-attacks are on the rise, with half of UK businesses hit in the last year. The impact of a breach can be devastating, with system downtime, loss of confidential data and reputational damage to consider. Our cyber security cover ensures both your data, and your liability for client data, are protected.

Media liability

Your work is designed to make an impact, but what if it oversteps the mark? You could face allegations of defamation, emotional distress, plagiarism or failure to give credit or attribution of authorship. If that happens, media liability insurance will protect you, covering any legal fees and compensation costs.
